How to File an Insurance Claim
Be sure to fill out an insurance claim for any accident or injury
requiring medical attention that occurs during a Girl Scout program,
regardless of whether or not you think insurance will actually be
needed.
All claim forms can now be completed online. You can move from line
to line, section to section, by using the Tab key located on your
keyboard. Handwritten claim forms are still acceptable. The same
instructions should be followed regardless of how you complete the
form.
