Francisco, this 90 acre camp features majestic redwood trees, a
sparkling waterfall, a pool, an activity meadow, six living units,
an open-air dining hall, art and nature centers and a staff lodge.
Campers and staff have the ultimate camp experience of sleeping
outdoors under the stars!
Facilities: All units at this 88-acre camp
have charcoal stoves, tables, storage cabinets, and pit latrines.
Some flat areas for small tents, but sleeping is generally out under
the stars.
Home of Friendship: This beautiful multi-purpose
lodge is available for troop and Service Unit activities. Sleeping
capacity is 30 and dining capacity is 45. There are about 30 sleeping
pads, five couches, 4 folding tables and more than 30 chairs. The
building has one large room with a wood stove, two smaller bedrooms,
and a full kitchen. The kitchen area offers a stove, and a dishwasher
(be sure to bring your own dishwasher soap). Two bathrooms provide
a total of 3 toilets, 4 sinks, 1 shower and a tub with shower. There
is also a large covered porch that can be used for additional sleeping
space. Note: The pool is heated to 80 degrees, and available for
troops to rent if you bring your own lifeguard.
Cooking Shelters: There are two log buildings
which measure 24 feet by 24 feet and have open sides, providing
a covered sleeping area for about 15 people. Each shelter has a
