NOW! Registration has officially opened for 2010! Online registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please note that many programs are not full on the first day of registration and we will continue to accept registrations after that date.
Please choose one or more of the following:
Girl Scouts of Northern California is introducing a new online registration system for camp this year! This method of registration is fast and easy, and it’s green! There are many benefits to using online registration like, up-to-date information on space available in programs (you’ll receive instant confirmation if space is available), waitlist opportunities for programs that might be full (which allows us to open up more spaces for campers!), and convenient payment options for your fees. We STRONGLY encourage everyone to use online registration.
B. Paper Registration-mail, fax or submit in person. Send completed registration form(s) and at least the required deposit of $100 for each program to:
Girl Scouts of Northern CaliforniaImportant- Money or a credit card authorization submitted via a paper registration will be processed the day it is received. However, placement in the program is not guaranteed until a confirmation has been sent, even though payment was processed. If your registration is waitlisted, payment will still be processed. A full refund will be given if a camper is not confirmed in any program.

These programs are by application only. See the skill requirements on the horse page to make sure you meet the minimum requirements for the program. Leadership programs are by application only. To apply, submit your camp registration form and additional leadership application form and reference form, either on-line or by mail or FAX. An interview may be required for all programs except Lead On! Only one of the C.I.T. or W.I.T. programs may be taken per summer. The Lead On! Program and any level of the C.I.T. program can be taken in the same summer.
We strongly encourage the use of the online application form versus the paper form. The online form provides many opportunities to create a leadership database in the council and ensures timely review of all applications.

Camp registrations are confirmed once they are placed in the Girl Scout computer system regardless of whether a confirmation notice has been received. A placement confirmation letter and additional camper packet with important pre-camp details will be sent approximately three weeks after the camp registration has been confirmed and no sooner than February 15, 2010.
Camper packets will contain dates, session, program, transportation information, suggested equipment list, health forms, insurance information and more. Please remember to read through this packet carefully as it contains important information for both campers and parents. Conformation packets can also be found on the forms section of the website.
Each community camp manages its own registration process. Refer to the "Community Camps" section for contact information and to obtain registration details. For further assistance email communitycamps@girlscoutsnorcal.org.
Please visit the "Camp Fees & Refund Policy" section for information about deposits, payments, special fees, and refunds.
